ROD MOSNER

Preserve What Works. Preserving Andover’s services and quality of life through practical experience, responsible stewardship, and a lifetime of local service.

A LIFETIME OF SERVICE

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE. PRESERVING WHAT WORKS.

Rod Mosner has spent much of his life serving the Andover community in roles that gave him a firsthand view of how local government and public services affect residents every day. His background includes service in the Andover Township Police Department, work connected to Sussex County Technical School, the Board of Education, local sports, and now the Township Committee.

That experience shapes Rod’s approach to local government today. He believes Andover should protect the services residents depend on, preserve the community’s quality of life, and make practical decisions that balance strong local services with responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars.

A LIFETIME OF SHOWING UP. FOCUSED ON PRESERVING ANDOVER.

ROD’S PRIORITIES

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE. PRESERVING WHAT WORKS.

Rod’s priorities focus on protecting the local services, public safety, and quality of life Andover residents depend on, while keeping those services responsible and sustainable.

Maintain Andover's police, dispatch, roads, Parks & Recreation, court, facilities, and other valuable local services wherever doing so remains responsible and sustainable.
