Sue Howell's commitment to Andover did not begin when she ran for Township Committee. For nearly two decades, she served the community through the Land Use Board, spending much of that time as chair or vice chair. Her service has also included involvement with open space, environmental issues, recreation, seniors, and other parts of Township life.
That experience shapes the way Sue approaches local government today: thoughtfully, practically, and with an eye toward whether decisions work for the people who call Andover home. She believes Andover must remain affordable, development must fit the community, essential services must remain strong, and residents deserve easier access to information about the decisions affecting their town.
